Privacy Policy

We collect the email address and name you give us at sign-up, the call recordings you choose to upload, the transcripts and coaching reports generated from them, and basic billing details handled by our payment processor.

Your recordings are transcribed and analysed solely to produce your coaching report. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your calls to train third-party models.

Uploaded audio is automatically deleted after 30 days. You can delete any call manually at any time. Your coaching reports remain in your account until you delete them or close your account.

Every call is protected by row-level security, so no other user can access your recordings or reports. Access is limited to you and, where strictly necessary, to our operations team for support and debugging.

We rely on trusted providers for hosting and databases, speech-to-text transcription, AI analysis, and payment processing. Each processes data only on our instructions.

You are responsible for having consent from everyone on a call before uploading it, in line with the recording laws where you operate.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@replayy.io.
