Terms of Service

Replayy analyses recorded sales calls and returns AI-generated coaching reports. You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Every new account gets one full call review free, with no card required. After that, Replayy Pro costs $29 per month for unlimited reviews. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal.

You keep ownership of the calls you upload and the reports generated from them. You grant us the limited right to process that content in order to provide the service.

You must have consent from everyone on a call before uploading it. Do not upload content you have no right to share, and do not use Replayy to break the law or to attempt to disrupt the service.

Reports are AI-generated suggestions. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they do not guarantee any sales outcome. Use your own judgement.

We work to keep Replayy available, but the service is provided as-is without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

You can stop using Replayy and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
